I bought the Braun 4199 blender set back in 2016, thinking it would be a dependable appliance. But the motor problems have been happening for a while now, which has resulted in having to go to the repair shop multiple times and spending a lot of money. The scariest thing was when the motherboard caught fire while I was using the food processor. It was really hard for me to understand what was happening. Even though I paid for the repair, the same issues kept happening.
The motor keeps acting up with weird noises and rotation problems, and it's getting really annoying. As a busy woman who doesn't have to cook much, I hardly ever use the blender for difficult tasks. The other parts of the set seem fine, but the ongoing motor problems are really taking a toll on me mentally and financially.
