On September 13, 2025, I purchased a Bosch WGK242Z0TR fully automatic washing machine. From the very first wash, the product has failed to deliver on its advertised stain removal features. Specifically, on the shirt/blouse program with the stain removal option enabled, the machine does not remove stains on T-shirts, socks, or other clothing.
The machine was marketed with special stain removal programs, which was the main reason I chose this model and paid a higher price. Yet in practice, these features simply do not work. Even after following all instructions and using the recommended programs, the results remain the same.
I called Bosch technical service, but the experience was very disappointing. The service staff were rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. They filed a report blaming user error and even made inappropriate remarks such as: “Do you really need to use every feature of the machine?” This statement makes no sense — if the features are not meant to be used, why are they included and promoted as a selling point?
I paid ₺36,000 for this machine via credit card (receipt no: 148779297). Despite following all recommendations, including a 5-hour cotton prewash program suggested by service staff, the clothes still came out dirty and unchanged. I also contacted Bosch customer service, but no meaningful response was provided beyond logging a ticket.
This washing machine is not performing as advertised and has failed to meet basic expectations. I consider the product defective. I am therefore requesting a full refund as I do not wish to continue using a machine that cannot deliver on its promised features.
