Bosch Rusty Fridge Problem Not Resolved

One year ago, we bought a Bosch refrigerator that developed rust on the door. The technician who came wiped it with a cloth, leaving huge scratches on the surface. When we called for another service, they claimed that the rust was not a manufacturer's defect and therefore not covered by the warranty. They even blamed the previous service for insufficient cleaning, making it our fault. Despite numerous attempts to communicate, they responded rudely and arrogantly, dismissing the issue as our own mistake. Seriously? Am I to blame for rust that appeared on a one-year-old fridge and the errors made by their own service? I absolutely do not recommend Bosch to anyone I know, and I will make sure to share this unfortunate experience everywhere. Dealing with Bosch has been nothing but REGRET!
