Bosch Washing Machine Paint Peeling – Denied Warranty

I purchased a Bosch washing machine in December 2022, expecting quality and durability, but I am extremely disappointed. Despite having no moisture issues in my bathroom, the paint on the machine started peeling and bubbling within a short period.
I contacted Bosch service, and to my shock, they charged a service fee just to inspect the issue. After the technician checked the machine, they blamed it on "user error" and refused a free replacement. There was no physical damage to the unit, and their reasoning made absolutely no sense. Instead, they offered me a laughable discount for a paid replacement, as if I should pay extra for their faulty product.
For comparison, I had a similar issue with an Arçelik appliance, and they replaced it for free under warranty. Bosch, however, refuses to take responsibility. I regret trusting this brand and will not buy from them again. If Bosch does not honor its warranties, what’s the point of paying a premium for their products? I demand a fair resolution!
