I purchased a Bosch washing machine 1.5 years ago, and I deeply regret my decision. I never expected to encounter such poor customer service from a brand I trusted.
About a month ago, I noticed peeling on the side panel of the machine and immediately contacted customer service. They sent a technician who took photos and left without any repairs. Later, I received a call stating that the damage was my fault and that I would need to pay over ₺7,000 for repairs. When I asked why, they claimed it was due to water exposure in the bathroom.
I challenged this claim, pointing out that if water exposure were the real issue, the bottom of the machine would also show rust or damage—which it does not. Their response? “Because it’s in the bathroom, it’s considered a paid repair.” Where else am I supposed to put a washing machine—my living room?
Bosch customers beware! If you’re considering buying a Bosch appliance, think twice. Service and spare parts matter, and this company does not stand behind its products. If you don’t want to waste your money, I strongly advise against Bosch.
