I bought a Bosch dishwasher, and when the service team arrived, they immediately noticed paint peeling on the door and said the part needed replacement. But because it’s plastic, they claimed it wasn’t eligible for a return. Then I ran the machine for the first time, and when the cycle finished, water droplets covered the walls, basket, and spray arms. Clearly, the machine wasn’t drying properly, so I called service again. Their response? "This is normal."
Customer service was even worse. They told me to leave the door open so it dries—as if that’s an acceptable solution for a brand-new appliance! Apparently, unless the machine shows an error in the app, Bosch doesn’t consider it a defect. I purchased this from Adana Aslanlar Bayi, but they washed their hands of the issue, saying, "We’re just the seller—whatever service says goes."
So basically, they sold me a defective dishwasher and won’t take it back. In just one week, I’ve heard everything from Bosch service—excuses, indifference, and complete disregard for customer satisfaction. They report the issue to the factory, and nothing happens.
And if you think you’re getting Arçelik-level performance, think again. According to Bosch, drying issues are your fault—you need to leave the door open, not overload it, but also not underload it, and be mindful of how much plastic you put inside. It’s a joke!
Bosch refuses to take responsibility. The service team avoids saying "defective" at all costs and won’t even file a report. Everyone just passes the blame, leaving customers stuck with a faulty machine.
🚨 Bosch, fix this NOW! Replace my machine or give me my money back! 🚨
