In 2021, I purchased a Bosch refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, and extractor fan from Kocaeli. We used the washing machine in the kitchen under proper conditions and maintained it well, but toward the end of 2023, paint bubbles began to appear on the front side of the machine, on the upper body section, and have increased over time. The machine works fine otherwise; the only issue is the paint bubbling. When I contacted Bosch customer service about this, I was told that the problem might be due to user error and was offered only a paid service. However, when my father-in-law experienced a similar issue with an Arçelik dishwasher, the product was replaced free of charge. It was disappointing that a major and reliable company like Bosch does not provide warranty coverage for the product’s body and leaves customers at a disadvantage in such cases. I paid around ₺3000 for this washing machine, and I believe the paint bubbling is not caused by user error but is likely a manufacturing defect. I expect Bosch to provide a free replacement or a proper solution under warranty for the product body.
