Bosch Series 4 Inox Dishwasher Damages Dishware, Poor Washing

I got the Bosch Serie 4 inox dishwasher 7 months ago. I had problems with washing right from the start. It began to scratch glasses and damage pots over time. Furthermore, the washing performance gradually degraded. On the top of the lid, I noticed the paint peeling off. I photographed the detergent residue that remained at the bottom of the glasses. I called technical support twice. Knives, pots, and glasses were not cleaned during the final hour-long test wash, as evidenced by photos. The dishwasher had a malfunction, according to the technical service.

They were aware of the presence of photographs. I also took photos to use as evidence in the event that my replacement request is denied. Despite the dishwasher defect, my replacement request was denied. I chose Bosch because it is a reputable brand, but I have been dissatisfied with it since the purchase. I was told that I had to keep using the product as it was.

The dishes that I washed are no longer usable. I've got photos and documents. I will take legal action if the device is not replaced or a refund is not issued.

I was called by a Bosch customer representative and informed that they would not provide a refund or a new machine replacement for the washing problem. I clearly and firmly stated my request for a replacement or a refund. The dishwasher is not serving its purpose, which is to wash. What should I do with a machine that does not wash and damages my belongings? I bought it because it is a good brand. My downstairs neighbor has been using a lesser-known brand dishwasher for 2 years and washes with market tablets. The water hardness level is logically the same. The new guaranteed machine I bought from Bosch, which I thought would wash well, is worse and less clean. I also conveyed this to them. I will pursue legal action; the evidence I have is very strong, and I am confident that I will win. They do not accept their mistake. If they cannot provide a solution, I will sue...

I was called again by the Bosch Customer Representative. Despite rinsing all the dirty dishes with hot water, they told me to wash the glasses with muddy water and clean the pots with a cleaning cream before washing them. Instead of admitting their own mistakes, they even made suggestions... I told them to send me this explanation in writing via email. They said they couldn't provide it in writing because they needed to protect themselves. I told them they would have to provide it in writing for the lawsuit file...
