My Bosch Dishwasher Complaint - Inconsistent Performance

I would like to voice my discontent with the Bosch brand. Approximately two months ago, I bought two dishwashers that were identical in terms of brand and model. Both machines are located in the same building, utilizing the same water source, and operating with the same brand of detergent (Finish Quantum). One machine consistently delivers clean dishes, while the other unfortunately falls short. Even after making multiple calls to the service center and conducting live wash tests, the issue continues to persist. Customer service claims there is no problem and advised me to contact Consumer Court. I have decided to take legal action and will also share my experience on social media.
