A few months after purchasing my Bosch dishwasher, I noticed scratches and deformations on the interior side seals, even in areas that dishes don’t touch, including the upper section. Suspecting a defect, I contacted customer service, and a service record was created. The technician who inspected it was very professional and noted that the issue was serious, even pointing out additional defects I hadn’t noticed. A report was submitted accordingly.
However, Bosch customer service later contacted me, claiming I should have identified the issue immediately upon purchase. They offered to replace the dishwasher only if I paid approximately ₺8,000. This is unacceptable for a product still under warranty. I refused to pay, and no alternative solutions were provided.
To make matters worse, the dishwasher also has a factory paint defect on the top panel, which I initially overlooked as it didn’t affect functionality. But Bosch’s refusal to address the more significant defects has left me deeply dissatisfied. This defective product should be replaced with a faultless unit, as per my consumer rights. If my issue isn’t resolved by January 13, 2024, I will escalate the matter to court. Please address this issue immediately and provide a proper resolution.
