I own a Bosch dishwasher that stopped heating water during cycles. On 29/11/2024, an authorized service technician inspected it and claimed the control board needed repair or replacement. On 10/12/2024, the power module was replaced, and I was charged ₺7259. Unfortunately, I wasn’t home, and my elderly father, unaware of the situation, approved the payment. After the technician left, the machine stopped working entirely within 10 minutes and displayed an error.
I requested another service visit, and on 14/12/2024, they claimed the wash motor was defective and asked for an additional ₺4250. The dishwasher didn’t have this issue before the power module replacement. I demanded a refund and the removal of the new part, but Bosch refused, stating the problem was unrelated to the replaced part.
This repair not only failed to fix the initial issue but left me with a completely non-functional dishwasher and a significant expense. My elderly father’s retirement income was wasted on this failed service. I am filing a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee and will pursue legal action if necessary. Bosch must refund my money and resolve this properly.
