The Bosch dishwasher I bought in July 2023 has a foul odor since the first day I turned it on. A smell like rubber or plastic This smell appears every time I start the machine. At first I wondered if it was the new machine, but the odor did not go away. I called the service, they came and looked at it and said that the material used in the insulation of the machine spread the odor with heat. I requested a replacement for the machine, but the reply was that it is normal for a new machine to have odor. It will pass in time. There is nothing to be done. For the first time in my life, I hear such an odor in the dishwasher. As a result, we could not resolve this issue with Bosch. I will pursue my rights to the end. I want a decent product without defects for the money I paid. But Bosch did not stand behind its product. I will never bring Bosch brand products through my door again. They lost customers.
