Bosch Dishwasher Heavy Odor And Service Disgrace

A very strong odor has been emanating from the ceiling of the machine since the day I bought the dishwasher with serial number SMS4EKI60T on 31.08.2023. When I first called customer service, they said the smell would go away over time, but there is no improvement in the slightest. I called the technical service today and he told me that this smell is in every machine, and that a black insulation material smells when it heats up. He said it will pass with time. When I said it's been 8 months, he said, "I don't know, the Bosch is making us say that." We thought Bosch is the best and bought the Bosch brand. But now, we cannot go near the machine because of the smell. We have used other brands and have never seen anything like this. Technicians and customer representatives are not helpful. The technician also said that he uses a Bosch dishwasher with this odor in his home. Apparently, they pave the customer over. I will do everything I can if this problem is not solved or there is no exchange/refund. We pay too much money. If we consider the brand to be the best, Bosch has to treat the brand as the best and offer quality.
