I Can’t Get My Refund from Booking.com for Fitzgerald Hotel Breakfast Charge

I’m incredibly disappointed with how Booking.com is handling my refund. In February, I stayed at the Fitzgerald Hotel in San Francisco, and the hotel refunded $34 to Booking.com’s 0350 account for a breakfast charge that should not have been billed. That was nearly two weeks ago, and I still haven’t seen the money returned to my credit card.

I’ve sent countless messages to Booking.com’s customer service, and every single time, I get irrelevant or copy-paste answers that have nothing to do with my request. It feels like they’re either ignoring the issue or have no clue how to resolve it. After years of using this platform for my travels, this is the first time I’ve felt completely let down.

There is still no Booking.com representative who has contacted me. Truly a fiasco!
