Can't Reach Booking.com By Phone

Today, I tried to contact Booking.com customer service from New York, USA to make a new reservation. I called approximately one hour ago. The call was cut automatically and I could not reach any customer representative. Because of this, I was unable to get support for creating my reservation. I request that you check this phone line, explain why the call is being disconnected automatically, and provide me with a way to reach customer service quickly so that I can complete my reservation without further problems.
