Booking.com Charged My Card for a Hotel I Never Booked or Visited
Around 4:20 AM tonight, I discovered by chance that a charge of ₺4,588 had been made on my credit card by a company named BKG Hotel via Booking.com in Amsterdam. I did not make such a purchase, have never been to Amsterdam, and have never attempted anything of the sort. There is also no reservation record related to this transaction in my Booking.com account. I immediately contacted my bank to prevent any further unauthorized activity. I have not shared my card or its details with anyone, nor have I lost it. This transaction is not mine. I request the cancellation of the transaction and compensation for the loss I have incurred.
