Booking.com Made Unauthorized Charges on My Credit Card
On April 14, 2024, there were some unauthorized charges made on my Yapı Kredi Bank credit card at bkg Hotel through Booking.com. The charges amounted to ₺968 and $166. I didn't make any purchase like that, and I didn't give my card information to anyone or misplace my card. I wasn't even in Amsterdam on that day. I quickly noticed that this transaction wasn't mine, so I wasted no time in contacting my bank to report it and ask for it to be canceled. At that moment, my credit card was also closed. Unfortunately, I still haven't received a refund for this transaction, and it hasn't been canceled yet. Bkg Hotel Booking completed this transaction on behalf of someone else. Could you please refund this charge to me as soon as possible?
