Unauthorized Charge from Booking.com – Refund Request
On March 8, 2025, my credit card was charged €1,801.15 (equivalent to $1,981.25 USD) under the name "bkg Hotel at Booking.com Amsterdam." However, I never made this transaction, and there is no matching reservation in my Booking.com account.
I have never shared my card details with anyone, and this charge was not authorized by me. As soon as I noticed the transaction, I canceled my card to prevent further fraudulent activity.
I am demanding an immediate refund for this unauthorized charge. Booking.com needs to investigate this fraudulent transaction and ensure that customers’ financial security is protected. I expect a prompt resolution and reimbursement for the full amount.
