Booking.com Ryanair Flight Pending

I bought Ryanair flight tickets through Booking.com from London Stansted Airport (STN) to Košice, Slovakia (KSC) for 04/09/2026 at 07:25 am. The total amount I paid was £59.26 and my email address on the booking is zigam***[email protected]. My Booking.com customer reference number for this reservation is 40-1086456108. After paying, I did not receive any confirmation email from Booking.com for my flight tickets. When I check online, the reservation still shows as “Your booking is pending airline confirmation” for passenger Jan P***, and it has been like this for a long time without any real update. I have sent around 20–100 emails and messages to customer service, but I only receive automatic or standard answers telling me to use the help centre, without any real solution. I also called the customer service number I found, but there I could only talk to an AI system and never to a real person about my flight booking. One number ending with 609/974 is only for accommodation and the other numbers don’t work, so I still cannot reach human support. Because of this situation I am very upset. I either need my Ryanair flight tickets to be fully confirmed and sent to me by email as soon as possible, or I want a full refund of the £59.26 back to my original payment method. I kindly ask Booking.com to urgently resolve this, send my confirmed flight tickets or return my money.
