Booking.com Reward Credit Spent On Unauthorized Reservations - Refund Request
Dear Booking.com Support Team, I have sent you several messages, but you haven’t replied yet. I did not make this reservation, just as I did not make any other flight reservation, and the credit I received as a reward was mysteriously spent, supposedly on these reservations that I never made. Please investigate this matter urgently and return my reward credit, as I did not use it.
This is unbelievable! I had a totally negative experience with Booking.com. Even though I am a top-tier user, Booking.com didn’t even attempt to solve the problem. I have already sent them many emails through their service address, yet they keep responding in a rude and unhelpful manner. You can’t communicate with anyone on the phone because an AI agent answers and never connects you to a real person, and the AI agent doesn’t solve anything—it just repeats the same sentences over and over. The phone numbers Booking.com lists for other countries don’t even exist. I never imagined Booking.com would fall to such a low level. I have been a top-tier user for years, and now Booking.com stole €158 from my wallet on my profile, and they still won’t answer my calls to fix the issue.
The problem is not yet solved!!! No one from booking.com contacted me!!! The 158 euros have not been returned to my wallet yet!!!
Still no response from booking, they still haven't returned the money to my wallet!!! This is unbelievable, I've been a booking customer for over 20 years, I've never seen such inefficiency and irresponsibility on the part of booking. The question arises whether people should continue to book through booking!? Or Is this a clever way to steal money from customers, and then booking to rebrand itself and never return the money they took incorrectly... it's unbelievable to what level booking.com has fallen
