Booking.com Refused to Refund Me After Being Expelled From Hotel



I booked a stay through Booking.com and experienced rude behavior from the hotel, ultimately being expelled from the establishment. However, I have not received a refund of approximately $400 for the nights I did not stay. My reservation number was 4979814180, and the stay was at the Kismet guesthouse in Bali/Uluwatu. I faced treatment unlike anything I've experienced before, and despite being threatened to have the police called if I didn't leave, all I received was a mere apology and a goodwill credit of only $62. Meanwhile, the hotel owner continues to operate with positive reviews.
