Booking.com Overcharged My Reservation by 60%
I booked a two-night stay through Booking.com from December 9-11, paying 1,699 Danish Kroner (around 227 Euros) as advertised. However, when my payment was processed today, I was shocked to see that 376 Euros were withdrawn from my account—nearly 60% more than the original price. I immediately reached out to customer service via the mobile app, but I’ve received no response. This overcharge is unacceptable, and I’m prepared to escalate the issue if it’s not resolved promptly. I expect an urgent correction of this discrepancy and a full refund of the extra amount charged. Please address this matter immediately.
