Booking.com Customer Service Ignored My Case After I Was Kicked Out of a Paid Hotel
On October 3, 2025, at 2:30 a.m., I made a reservation for Belkon Hotel Antalya (Üçkum Tepesi, 07510 Belek, Turkey) through Booking.com, paying €48 (528 SEK) with my Swedish bank card. My reservation number is 6768268409.
When I arrived at the hotel to check in, despite having a confirmed reservation and completed payment, I was asked to pay again. When I refused to make a second payment, I was denied entry and told to leave the hotel without any valid reason. The only modification I had requested was a check-in time change, which was approved through Booking.com.
After the incident, I immediately contacted Booking.com customer service, who assured me they would investigate the situation and respond via email within a few days. However, more than 10 days have passed, and I have not received any update or resolution.
Additionally, because I had to call Booking.com’s international support line, I was charged 298 SEK on my phone bill.
I am requesting a full refund of the €48 hotel charge and reimbursement for my 298 SEK phone expense, as I was unfairly denied accommodation despite full payment and confirmation. I expect an urgent resolution to this matter and an acknowledgment of the serious inconvenience and distress this situation has caused me.
Would you look at their response :) I reported it to Consumer Rights, just look at this nonsense: My reservation is to check in at 2 AM on October 3rd and leave the hotel at 12 noon, but apparently I have to pay for an extra night.

Booking.com service is totally disappointing, nothing works. Booking.com has started STEALING!!!
