Booking.com Costumer Service Problem

I had made a reservation with a payment option at City Apartment - Ben Laurel in Berlin. However, they abruptly canceled my booking, claiming it overlapped with Airbnb. In a rush, I had to spend an extra 10 EUR to book another accommodation through Booking.com. The Booking.com customer service assured me that the mistake made by the property would be compensated with a promotion of up to 25 EUR and an alternative arrangement. However, since then, no solution has been provided at all. (In the past six months, I have made 12 bookings through Booking.com.
