Booking.com Accommodation Problems in Lisbon

We went to Lisbon on July 13, 18:50 with the Pegasus plane (delayed by 1 hour and 10 minutes). We landed at the airport at 22:05 Lisbon time. We informed this time. The owner's number starting with +44 was in the message box, we just left a message there and We wrote booking help through booking. After waiting in the passport queue for 3 hours and 10 minutes, we went to the home address with the vehicle we called from the bolt application. It was 01:15 at night. We entered the pin number from the vending machine of the building at the given address and the door did not open. At that time of night, it was an abandoned house in a very isolated location. We stayed at the door in front of the building. From then on, including before, we constantly left voice messages to the owner of the facility and wrote messages to the booking help center. We called the booking call center number and could not reach them at all. We called a car from Bolt again and went to a hotel close to the city center using Google maps. However We couldn't find a free room, it was a disgrace. We searched for a hotel and a room near that hotel for hours, walking and carrying our luggage. Finally, we found 1 free room at the Hotel Alegria. It was around 03:00. We paid a very expensive fee of 224 Euros for 2 people for 1 night at that hotel (we paid the invoice). I sent it) the next morning, we called Elif's bank and reported the suspicious transaction and canceled the card. The bank asked us for the relevant documents and Elif sent them all to the bank. Around 13:00 (July 14), we went back to Hotel Botanico (where we could not find a place) for a 4-day stay. We booked a room. We paid a total of 736 Euros to this hotel. We could not reach the owner of the facility or booking.com during our holiday. We returned at night on July 18th and arrived in Ankara around 06 in the morning. I made constant phone calls to booking.com from July 19th until now. They asked for 5 days to contact the owner of the facility. That period was completed. Booking also could not reach the owner. Yesterday, he asked me for the invoices of other hotel accommodations and I sent them. However, today we received an e-mail like this. The result does not change. Please do not use the booking.com application.
