Bolt Charged Me for a Ride That Never Happened
Today, on 3 March 2026, at around 1:30 pm in Taif, Saudi Arabia, I requested a ride through the Bolt ride‑hailing app. The driver never arrived to pick me up, yet the trip was still marked as completed in the app, and I was charged for a ride that did not take place. For this incomplete ride, a total of 16 SAR was taken, while the ride shown as completed by the driver appears to be 10 SAR, so I also do not understand where the remaining 6 SAR went. The trip ID for this ride is SA112623081928458. I tried to resolve the issue through your channels, but could not do so. I was unable to type and submit my complaint in the in‑app complaint box, and when I tried calling you, I could not reach any support. Since no service was actually provided and the driver did not arrive, I request a full refund of the charged amount and a clear correction of this trip in my account. I also ask that my case be reviewed so that similar issues do not happen again, and that your support can be properly reached from within the app.
