I used a Bolt ride-hailing service on 17 December 2025 at around 13:00 from Kolonnade Mall KFC in Pretoria. I entered the vehicle at the KFC pickup point, placed my power bank and Wi‑Fi router on the back seat, and then briefly got out of the car to wave to my brother so that he could see which vehicle we were supposed to take to our drop-off at 1150 Steve Biko Drive in Gezina. While I was outside the car, the driver, whose name is Joseph and who was driving a white Toyota Corolla, drove off with my belongings still on the back seat. I reported this incident via Bolt’s Facebook Messenger chat service, but I have not received any response so far. My power bank and Wi‑Fi router are important for my daily use, and I am very concerned that they have not been returned. I kindly request that Bolt urgently assist in contacting driver Joseph and retrieving my power bank and Wi‑Fi router from him, and arranging for them to be returned to me as soon as possible.
