BNP Paribas Cardif Private Pension Payment Can't Be Processed
I've been having a tough time trying to make my pension payments, but the customer service peeps aren't being very helpful, I called them a bunch of times to cancel the contract because I was having trouble paying, but they still said yes. Then, the next day they called me and were like, "Hey, why did you want to cancel?" I told them I couldn't keep working with them 'cause I couldn't pay but they didn't care and just made empty promises. So, to fix the problem, I just went ahead and opened up a new private pension account with a different company that's been hassle-free. But man, BNP has been giving me a hard time for 7 years with all this communication stuff. Today, I'm so annoyed and feeling ditched after trying to reach a customer rep multiple times. I totally gave up my time and work to chase after BNP, begging them to take my payment. Dude, don't work with BNP. I've been wronged and tried to leave so many times, but they keep calling and saying they'll make things better. But honestly, they're still treating us regular payment makers like crap, just like they did 7 years ago.
