Garanti BBVA Credit Card Annual Fee Refund Issue
Today, while checking my Garanti BBVA credit card statement, I noticed an annual membership fee had been deducted. Normally, I don't check my statements, but I saw this by chance. I was informed that my salary customer status had been canceled. I receive my pension here and have a 3-year commitment, which I was considering extending. I also have 7 automatic payment orders. Despite all this, an annual card fee was deducted, making me feel like a second-class customer. This experience has made me lose faith in this bank. If my salary customer status is not reinstated, I will close all my accounts and move them to another bank where I already have a salary customer account.
