AXA Did Not Cancel My Private Pension and Refund ₺582 Charged to My Account
I got a new job and they signed me up for a private pension plan with AXA right away. I've tried calling multiple times, but I just can't get through to a customer representative. I'm very frustrated with the lack of communication because I need to cancel my private pension contract. I noticed that ₺582 was taken from me for "AXA Private Pension," and I’d like to ask for that amount to be refunded to my bank account as soon as possible. I really shouldn’t have to deal with a hassle over something straightforward, especially when it comes to my money. I hope AXA can sort this out soon and keep me in the loop to prevent any more hassle.
