My 2012 BMW F30 has a serious issue with the steering wheel, producing a highly disturbing creaking noise when turned left or right. This sound is not only bothersome for me but also for other passengers in the car. I've owned different car brands before but never encountered such a problem. A problem like this shouldn't exist in BMW vehicles. It's utterly unbecoming for a brand like BMW to have such an issue. Additionally, I've discovered that this issue is chronic and has affected other BMW owners. I demand the resolution of this issue, not originating from the user, in a BMW.

"At the same time, I don't understand why the side skirts of this vehicle, which has the original Harman Kardon amazing sound system as part of the 40th Anniversary package, vibrate so much when the sound is at around 70% due to the bass. The sound inside is incredible, but from the outside, it sounds like a very simple brand's aftermarket sound system, with the side skirts vibrating noisily. How can the insulation be this poor in a BMW vehicle?"
