BMW Authorized Service Failed to Address My Vehicle's Warranty Problem

On February 27, 2023, I took my car to an authorized BMW Borusan service center for regular maintenance. Even though I've always liked this place because of Mr. Mustafa F****, I was disappointed to hear a humming sound when my car went over 50 KMH. The skilled technicians told me that I needed to change the shaft. But the next day, I didn't get any calls or updates about how my car was being cared for or paid for. I sent an email to a friend named Muhammet Her***, but I didn't hear back from him. When I talked to him again, I told him that the back brake pads on my car were worn out after only 24,000 km and that they should be changed for free until 2026 because of the warranty. But he didn't care about what I said and said I would have to pay for the repairs myself. Even though I trusted this brand and their warranty, I was disappointed and worried about how good their service was. Shame on you BMW.
