BMW 2022 IX Prolonged Maintenance Period Issue
I own a 2022 IX, purchased from İzmir Özgörkey. My car broke down and spent 100 days in the service center because they couldn’t source the necessary parts. Last week, it broke down again in the middle of the road and had to be towed back to the service center. I already lost 100 days of use, and now they refuse to provide a loaner vehicle. My original 2-year warranty has expired, but I couldn’t use my car for 4 of those 24 months. They also haven't offered any additional warranty coverage. This situation is incredibly frustrating, and I feel let down by the lack of support. I need a resolution that addresses both the repair issues and the time lost without my vehicle.
