BMW X3 F25 Door Handle Melting Issue - Requesting Free Replacement

I have been experiencing a melting issue on all four door handles of my 2016 BMW X3 F25 for about a month now. Considering the vehicle’s segment and the brand’s reputation, such deformation and melting on the door handles is visually unpleasant and seriously damages the perception of quality. I have not yet contacted any authorized service center or customer support regarding this issue. Through this complaint, I request that Borusan Otomotiv examine the situation and provide the necessary support for this melting problem on the door handles. Since I believe the melting on all four handles is caused by a manufacturing or material defect, I kindly request that the door handles be replaced free of charge, either under warranty or as a gesture of goodwill.
