I Got Banned from BlaBlaCar Without Any Evidence or Explanation

BlaBlaCar permanently deleted my account without providing any reason, proof, or explanation. I was not warned, not contacted, and not even told what I supposedly did wrong. I’ve always followed the community rules, yet my access was suddenly revoked. It’s extremely disappointing that a platform this large would act based on hearsay or unverified reports rather than factual evidence.

If there had been a legitimate reason supported by clear proof, I would understand and accept the outcome. But in this case, there is absolutely no transparency. It’s unacceptable to be treated this way as a long-time, rule-abiding user.

I demand a detailed explanation and access to the alleged evidence that led to my ban. I also expect BlaBlaCar to reconsider and reinstate my account or at least give me a proper chance to appeal the decision.
