I Got Blocked on BlaBlaCar Over False Claim of Off-System Payment

My BlaBlaCar account was suddenly blocked based on an accusation that I took an off-platform payment. I want to make it absolutely clear: I did not receive any such payment, nor did I ever violate BlaBlaCar’s payment rules. The claim is completely baseless, and I find it extremely frustrating to be banned without any proper investigation or chance to defend myself.
I’ve been using the app actively and regularly for a long time, always following the platform's policies. It makes no sense to receive such a severe penalty without evidence or even a warning. I rely on BlaBlaCar for transportation, and this situation has seriously disrupted my plans.
I’m requesting that BlaBlaCar lift the block on my account immediately and provide clarification as to how this allegation was even made. I expect a fair review and swift resolution.
