BlaBlaCar Driver Overcharging – Asking More Than a Bus Ticket

I was looking for a ride to Ankara on BlaBlaCar and messaged a driver who quoted me ₺700 for the trip. This is completely unreasonable—bus tickets are only ₺500! If I wanted to pay that much, I would just take the bus. Why should I overpay for a rideshare service?

The driver, a 51-year-old named Ö****, is clearly trying to take advantage of people by charging excessive fares. This is unfair and misleading. People work hard for their money, and it’s unacceptable for someone to exploit them like this.

BlaBlaCar, you need to regulate pricing and prevent drivers from overcharging passengers. I expect this issue to be addressed, and I urge others to be cautious when booking rides!
