BlaBlaCar Closed My Driver Account Without Violating Any Rules

I am a long-time user who has been using my BlaBlaCar driver account without any issues for years. After a long break, I started using the app again yesterday and today. As of today, about an hour ago, I noticed that my account had been blocked without any explanation, and I am currently unable to log in.
I did not request any extra payment from passengers, nor did I engage in any behavior that violates the app’s rules. Despite this, my account was closed without any explanation, email, or in-app notification, which has caused me significant inconvenience. I believe that my driver account, registered under the name Taşkın Kara***, was unfairly blocked due to arbitrary or unjustified complaints.
I request that BlaBlaCar immediately reactivate my blocked driver account and provide me with clear and transparent information regarding the exact reason why my account was closed.
