Unjust Account Suspension on BlaBlaCar Mobile App, No Customer Service Response

My BlaBlaCar mobile account has been blocked for about a month without any explanation. I have not received any notification or reason regarding why my account was suspended. Despite contacting customer support several times, I have not received any response or assistance. The account remains permanently locked, and I cannot access it.
