Bittrex Blocking Withdrawals, Demanding High Fees for EFT and SMS Unblocking

I purchased coins on the Bittrex exchange, and after they skyrocketed in value, I tried to withdraw my funds. However, instead of allowing me to withdraw, Bittrex keeps demanding various fees, such as EFT charges and high amounts for SMS unblocking.
