Unable to Access Bitlo App During Crypto Surges

During sudden surges in cryptocurrency prices, I am unable to access the Bitlo app. The provider states that an update is required, which should be done through the App Store or Google Play, not by stopping the system and preventing access. If I cannot access the app to sell my cryptocurrencies when prices rise and they subsequently fall, I will file a complaint with the Capital Markets Board (SPK) and pursue legal action for compensation.
