Blockchain Funds Blocked – Forced to Pay More to Access My Own Money

I have a certain amount of money in my Blockchain account, but it has been blocked without explanation. When I contacted support, they told me that I needed to deposit more funds to unlock my balance. Desperate to access my money, I complied and made the payment. However, now they are demanding an additional conversion fee, which I simply cannot afford.

I am a retired individual, and I had hoped this investment would help supplement my income. Unfortunately, I had to borrow money to meet their demands, and now I find myself in a very difficult financial situation. How am I supposed to pay off my debts if I can’t even access my own funds?

I am beginning to suspect that this may be a scam. Is there a legal authority where I can file a complaint? If I report this to the prosecutor's office, will there be any legal action? I need urgent assistance, as this situation is causing me significant financial distress. Blockchain platforms should not be allowed to hold users' funds hostage like this!
