I Am Not Receiving the SMS Verification Code for Bitlo Account Access
I cannot access my Bitlo cryptocurrency platform account because I am not receiving the verification code (SMS). Although I was able to log in to my account without any problems until a few days ago, I can no longer access the platform. Bitlo claims the problem is operator-related and offers no solution. The operator (netgsm) also redirects responsibility to Bitlo, stating, "You can create your registration with the relevant company for integration." I have been victimized due to the problem between the two companies. I expect a solution. Thank you.
