Misleading Information in Bitlo's New Customer Campaign

Hello Bitlo team, I am extremely disappointed with your 1000 TL new customer campaign. You sent us an email stating that we could withdraw 1000 TL if we bring in 10 new members. However, after bringing in 10 members, your live support team presents us with different conditions. Are your email and live support teams not aligned?
Why doesn’t your email team include all the terms in the emails they send? They only highlight the attractive parts, drawing us into the campaign, and then your live support presents different conditions. I don't know whether to call this incompetence or cleverness.
Honestly, I'm fed up! You’ve definitely made me lose interest in the app, and I believe other new users are also unhappy with this situation. I invited 10 people, and now your live support team says those invited must deposit at least 1 TL. How ironic.
