Trust Wallet Blocked My Withdrawal and Suspended My Account Without Sending Funds

I was introduced to Trust Wallet through my trading advisor and initially trusted the platform. I attempted to withdraw around $1,000, but the funds were never sent to me. When I followed up, I was told my account had been suspended because there had been no prior transactions—something they never mentioned before.

Now they’re telling me I need to deposit more money to reactivate the account. How does that make any sense? I already have money in there that I can’t access. This feels suspicious and completely unacceptable.

Trust Wallet, I need immediate clarity on how I can get my ₺ back and who I’m supposed to contact for real help. This experience has left me frustrated, confused, and financially stuck.
