Hello, I’ve been experiencing a recurring Google Authenticator code error on Bitget for weeks now. I can complete the first verification step, then confirm my email and phone number, but when I get to the third step—Google Authenticator—it always fails. I’ve tried entering the correct code 7–8 times, removed and re-added the 2FA setup multiple times through Google, and still get the same "Google verification error" every time.
I was told to send a screenshot, but the app doesn’t allow screenshots. I was told to email support, but they haven’t replied. My account is now locked, and I can no longer access my funds. I can’t even see my account details anymore because of this 2FA failure, and Bitget is completely unresponsive. This is unacceptable. I trusted Bitget with my money, and now I’m locked out of my own account with no support.
