I Face Amazon Order Delay and Request Cancellation and Refund

I placed an order for a cooler from Amazon on April 17, and I am still waiting for the delivery. The process has taken much longer than expected, and I have not received any clear information about when the product will actually arrive.

I have attempted to contact Amazon customer service regarding this delay, but I have not been able to reach any support or receive assistance. The lack of communication and transparency has been very frustrating.

Since the estimated delivery time has already been exceeded and I am unable to get any help, I no longer wish to wait for this order. I kindly request that my cooler order be canceled and that the full amount be refunded to my original payment method as soon as possible.
