I am unable to access my Bitget account after reinstalling the app; how can I recover my account safely?

Follow these steps to get back into your account:

1. Make sure you have the right login information: Make sure you're typing the right email address or username and password for your Bitget account.

You can change your password by clicking "Forgot Password" on the login page if you've lost it. In order to do this, you will usually get a restart link in your registered email.

2. Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): If you had 2FA turned on, restarting the app might have messed up your setup.

If this happens, you may need to restart your Google Authentication or turn it off. Bitget gives mobile app users a full guide on how to reset or turn off Google Authentication.
