I Lost My NVVG Coin Balance on Bitexen Without Any Transaction

On 10/11/2023, I purchased NVVG Coin through a pre-sale campaign on the Bitexen platform. After making the purchase, I didn’t access my account for a while. When I recently logged in again, I was shocked to find that my NVVG Coin balance had been completely wiped out. All other coins in my account remain untouched—only the NVVG Coin balance is missing. I have not performed any buy, sell, transfer, or withdrawal activity related to these assets. They were just sitting in my account as purchased.

This is extremely concerning. I did not receive any notification or warning from Bitexen about any changes to my NVVG Coin holdings. My account (h*************@gmail.com) is active, and I have not seen any suspicious activity or login alerts either.

I demand an urgent investigation and full restoration of my missing NVVG Coin balance. These coins were acquired through a legitimate campaign on the Bitexen platform, and there is no justification for their sudden disappearance. Bitexen must take immediate action and provide a detailed explanation.
