Bitexen Slayz Campaign Balance Still Locked Despite Completing All Steps
I participated in the Slayz campaign on the Bitexen app and completed all the required steps. My Slayz account was approved, and I even made a purchase, but my balance still appears to be locked. I contacted support via email, and they asked for a screenshot as proof of my transaction, which I provided. However, I haven’t received any response since then. This situation is frustrating, and I need assistance resolving this issue. I expect a prompt solution and my balance to be unlocked as soon as possible. Thank you.
